Minchin
Nance Minchin has been a full time Broker of Greenwich Real Estate for over 20 years. She has successfully brokered deals at all ends of the spectrum, and has been a top producer for all the firms where she has worked. Nance began her career at Young and Rubicam in the TV and Radio Department, before moving on to Lord and Taylor, where she was responsible for in-store training for executives and sales people and for systems implementation.
Nance has been married for 41 years, living in Greenwich the whole time, and has raised three children in the Greenwich private and public school systems. Being an active parent was always her passion, whether it was involvement in the PTA or teaching CCD at St Michaels. Nance also has six grandsons that keep her busy.
Nance uses her personal knowledge of the town to help guide clients through the entire process of the real estate transaction. She has vast contacts with attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and contractors that can help clients through the process.
Nance and her husband Hank are active members of the Greenwich Country Club. Nance enjoys renovating and decorating houses, a skill which has come in handy in her fifteen plus Greenwich residences.
